How can I help you?
I’m Kamal, and I am a qualified and registered Clinical Hypnotherapist with over 25 years of experience in mental health. Mental health can encompass a range of conditions from anxiety, and depression, to addictions and phobias.
We all have times in our lives when we need support. While we can hopefully turn to our family and friends, sometimes it can be helpful to have professional help.
Our understanding of mental health is continually evolving. I attend regular continual professional development courses and keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of mental health so that I can continue to support my clients in the best possible way.
You are the most important person to me. I always offer flexible appointment times, in a safe and secure environment, so that you can relax, and give yourself the space and time so that we can work together to help you.
Although I have a very high success rate with my clients, the outcome of clinical hypnotherapy does not come with a guarantee. However, what I can guarantee is a professional, qualified, competent and dedicated approach while trying to achieve this.
You are unique, and your emotions and issues are valid. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to hypnotherapy, with each client I will create a bespoke treatment plan. Modern hypnotherapeutic techniques are the most dramatically effective brief therapy developed to date, this means that many of the problems and issues that you are facing can be improved through hypnotherapy. You are not alone in your struggle.
I am incredibly passionate about helping you overcome the issues and problems in your life, and will creatively work with you to find solutions and new ways of being. It is easy to feel like you are in a rut, out of which you can never climb, but with hypnotherapy, we can work together to step out of that rut and find a new and better path.
